  • Crafted by Domaine de Ladoucette, founded in the 18th century by Comte Lafond in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé; today led by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette—one of the region’s most respected estates. 

  • Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone-silica-clay soils, this cuvée is slow-fermented in stainless steel (6–8 weeks), then aged 3–6 months on lees—no oak involved—ensuring aromatic purity and expressive terroir.

  • Pale gold in color, it delivers a vivid and evolving bouquet: starts with citrus peel (lemon, orange), moves into white peach and pear, then opens to honey and fresh almond with subtle peppermint and lychee whispers. 

  • Additional notes of hawthorn, elderflower, acacia, chalk, and flint enhance its floral-mineral character.
