Produced by Widow Jane Distillery in Brooklyn, New York, this bourbon originates from a marriage of straight bourbons aged at least 10 years. Following that maturation, it is finished in barrels that previously held artisanal maple syrup from a New York estate—adding a distinct barrel-aged maple character. The bourbon is bottled at 91 proof (45.5% ABV), non-chill filtered, and crafted in limited batches for seasonal release.
